Mercury Direct & Eight Ways to Vibe Up!

Greetings Glorious Ones!

Happy Mercury Direct!! Boy, that one was a doozy, huh? There were lots of benefits of this Merc Retro, however. Previously misunderstood or hidden information was revealed and likely became more easily understandable; and if you were paying attention, you may have experienced a deeper understanding of yourself.

Soon, the new moon will soon be square Mars-Neptune. It’s a deeply spiritual and potentially magical combination – but it’s best to be very self aware of any lower or shadow energies. If you’ve got an old issue you thought you’ve dealt with – it may come back in disguise. Don’t worry – sometimes it comes back so we can make the mistake and see why we evolved out of those old habit patterns.

My dears, to counter this potential, keep that vibration HIGH. Here are my favorite (time tested) ways to glide over the bumps:

1.  Meditate.  Mediation is the single most effective tool I use to calm my monkey mind and clear away any mental clutter that keeps me from being focused and present.

2.  Excersize.  Get your blood pumping and move that body.

3.  Be conscious of what you’re putting in your body – eat clean, whole food.

4.  Drink enough water and keep hydrated.

5.  Watch your thoughts/speech. It’s really hard to vibe high if your internal monologue includes tearing yourself down or gossiping about others.

6. Appreciate something beautiful.  A fluffy cat’s tail, a rose, a cloud formation, a song you hear on the way to work…

7.  Be grateful for something in your life – anything. Something small, the sky, your car, coffee, lovers face. Find at least two things you’re thankful for.

8.  Practice an act of kindness.  Do something nice for someone today.
