Yoga offers far more than physical postures, headstands and the opprtunity to twist yourself into a pretzel. You will start to notice some changes when you begin taking yoga classes. You stand taller. Your muscles become stronger and suppler. Your body is nourished by deep, healing breaths, your lung capacity increases. You’ll hold a plank for two minutes without a struggle. Others may ask you how you developed your strong core and enviable mobility. You’ll become so zen that “Netflix and Chill” will actually mean – “Netflix and Chill”.
