Acknowledge and love yourself for who you truly are. Not who you think you are, or should be, or who your friends/family/kids/spouses/bosses think you should should be or could be, but who you are, NOW. Where time and space intersect at this present moment. Take a second to notice and appreciate all the wonderful things you do every day. I see them. I applaud them. You’re doing great. Do you know that? I know that; and I think you’re pretty swell.
